JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.172/2022 of Thiruvalla Excise Range Office, Pathanamthitta alleging commission of offence punishable under Sec. 55(i) of the Abkari Act.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 21/9/2022, at 2.30 pm, at Aruvikkara junction, the accused was found in possession of 800 millilitres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor and the same was seized from the petitioner.
