JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.72/2022 of Perumbavoor Police Station alleging commission of offences punishable under Ss. 308, 324, and 294(b) of Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 13/1/2022, at about 06.30 PM, the petitioner had assaulted the defacto complainant with a knife and caused injury on his thighs. It is further alleged that the petitioner has abused the defacto complainant with obscene words and thus the petitioner has committed the above said offences.
