JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is accused No.4 in Crime No.318/2022 of Naruvamoodu Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram, alleging commission of offence punishable under Sec. 22(b), 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 10/5/2022, at about 5:15 p.m., the petitioner and the other accused persons were found in possession of 2 grams and 89 milligrams of MDMA and 7 grams and 3 milligrams of Ganja for the purpose of sale in a lodge situated at Parookuzhi in Pallichal Village. Thus, the accused persons are alleged to have committed the aforesaid offence.
