JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Crl.M.C. has been preferred to quash Annexure 1 Final Report in C.C.No. 417/2019 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Adimaly on the ground of settlement between the parties.

(2.) The petitioner is the accused. The 3rd respondent is the de facto complainant.

(3.) The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Ss. 294(b) and 506(i) of the IPC and 120(o) of the Kerala Police Act.
