JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for Regular Bail.

(2.) The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.487/2022 of Chalissery Police Station, Palakkad alleging commission of offences punishable under Ss. 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 294 (b), 506 (ii), 308 r/w Sec. 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 4/10/2022 at 20.30 pm, at Mooliparambu Mele Centre, the 1st accused along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant with an iron rod and thereby committed the afore said offences.
