JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.571 of 2022 of Palarivattom Police Station alleging commission of offence punishable under Ss. 511 and 420 of Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, the petitioner on 3/6/2022 had approached the ICL Fin Corp Ernakulam branch and tried to pledge fake gold.
