JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail under Sec. 439 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) Petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.81 of 2022 of Koppam Police Station, Palakkad, alleging offences under Sec. 354A(i)(iv) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 Sec. 12 r/w 11 (iv) of POCSO Act and Sec 67B(d) of Information Technology Act.

(3.) The prosecution alleges that on 20/3/2021 at about 4pm the accused telephoned the victim under the pretext of on-line biology classes and made sexually coloured remarks as to the private parts of the victim through the mobile phone and committed the offences alleged.
