JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for Regular Bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.21/2022 of Excise Range Office, Kottarakkara, Kollam alleging commission of offences punishable under Ss. 20 (b) (ii) A and 22 (b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 15/10/2022, at about 1.30 PM, at the compound of the KSRTC stand of Kottarakkara, the police seized 2 gms of Hashish oil, 20 gms of Ganja and 2.15 gms of MDMA from the possession of the petitioner and thereby committed the aforesaid offences.
