JUDGEMENT

(1.) These appeals are preferred by the petitioners in W.P.(C) Nos. 3324 and 7554 of 2021 challenging the common judgment of the learned single Judge dtd. 23/9/2021, whereby the learned single Judge dismissed the writ petition and declined the following reliefs sought for in the writ petitions:

(2.) The subject issue relates to the installation of a Concrete Ready Mix Plant by the Kerala Irrigation Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd., in ward No. 10 of Ambalappuzha South Panchayat, Alappuzha District.

(3.) The appellants are apparently residents of Ward No. 10 of Ambalappuzha South Panchayat and according to them, it is a very thickly populated area wherein many senior citizens, suffering from ailments such as heart disease, asthma etc., are residing.
