JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Original Petition (CAT) is filed by the applicant challenging the dismissal of his O.A. filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to allow the applicant/petitioner to carry on his work as Gramin Dak Sevak Mail Deliverer (GDS MD) Poonjar till the appointment of a regular hand.
