JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application seeking regular bail filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

(2.) Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.417/2022 of Changaramkulam Police Station, Malappuram District alleging offences under Ss. 354(A)(1), 452, 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sec. 10 r/w Sec. 9(1) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(3.) According to the prosecution, while the victim was studying in the 10th standard, the accused trespassed into her house and caught hold of her breast and kissed her and again on 16/7/2022, he outraged her modesty by using obscene words and threatened her and thereby committed the offences alleged.
