JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Crl.M.C. has been preferred to quash Annexure A2 Final Report in Crime No. 640/2021 of Nilambur police station on the ground of settlement between the parties.

(2.) The petitioners are the accused. The respondent No. 2 is the de facto complainant.

(3.) The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Ss. 498A, 406 read with 34 of the IPC.
