(1.) This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers:-

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

(3.) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied for selection to the post of Peon pursuant to Exhibit P3 notification issued by the 1st respondent Bank. Exhibit P3 notification specifically provided the educational qualification for the post as follows:-
