JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) Petitioner is the 3rd accused in Crime No.579 of 2022 of Thamarassery Police Station, Kozhikode District registered alleging commission of offence punishable under Sec. 22(b) r/w Sec. 29 of NDPS Act.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 3/10/2022 at about 4.20 pm, the petitioner and other two accused persons were found in possesssion of 5.130 grams of Methamphetamine in Room No.101 of Biladi Suits Lodge at Thamarassery.
