JUDGEMENT

(1.) The original petition is filed, to direct the Court of the Munsiff, Thaliparamba, to consider and dispose of O.S.No.93/2019(Ext.P1) within a time frame.

(2.) Pursuant to the order dtd. 5/7/2022, passed by this Court, the learned Munsiff, Thaliparamba, by communication dtd. 7/7/2022, has informed this Court that the defendant has filed his written statement. The suit stands posted for framing of issues to 1/10/2022. There are more than 684 suits, which are pending for more than five years. The court below would make every endeavour to dispose of the matter within three months, after the completion of pre-trial steps.
