JUDGEMENT

(1.) The original petition is filed, interalia, to direct the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Irinjalakuda to consider and dispose of O.S.No.224/2020 within a time frame.

(2.) Pursuant to the order dtd. 22/9/2021 passed by this Court, the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Irinjalakuda, by communication dtd. 29/9/2021, has informed this Court that the suit can be disposed of within four months.

(3.) Heard; Sri.Sadchith P. Kurup, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri. Rajesh Chakyat, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Sri.Vishak K. Johnson, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.
