UNNI P.R. Vs. STATE OF KERALA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.347/2022 of Edathala Police Station, Ernakulam, alleging commission of offence punishable under Ss. 308 and 324 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 10/5/2022, at 10.00 PM, at the ground below Kunjattukara Higher Secondary School, the petitioner attempted to stab the defacto complainant several times with a sword like knife and the defacto complainant evaded and the petitioner again stabbed and caused deep wound below the left knee of the defacto complainant.
