JUDGEMENT

(1.) This original petition is at the instance of the petitioner in RCA No.32/2022 on the files of the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Ernakulam. The petitioner challenges an order dismissing the application under Sec. 11(2)(c) of the Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1965. The landlord, admittedly, filed execution petition to execute the order of the Rent Controller.

(2.) It is submitted by the learned Counsel that the case is posted today (17/10/2022) before the Rent Control Appellate Authority.

(3.) Having adverted to the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that the Appellate Authority shall dispose of the appeal, within a period of two weeks from today. Till then, delivery may be deferred. The Registry shall communicate this order to the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Ernakulam.
