JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The Petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No. 922/2022 of Perinthalmanna Police Station, Malappuram District, alleging commission of offences punishable under Sec. 20(b)ii(B) r/w Sec. 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that on 14/8/2022 at 03:50 PM, near Perinthalmanna Manazhi Bus Stand, the accused were found in possession of 9.9 Kgs of ganja for sale and thereby committed the above offences.
