JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application for anticipatory bail.

(2.) Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.450 of 2022 of Kenchira Police Station, Wayanad registered alleging commission of offence punishable under Sec. 420 of IPC.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that the petitioner having convinced the defacto complainant by suggesting the complainant to invest in clothing and gold business and has caused loss to the defacto complainant and thus committed the above said offence.
