JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application seeking regular bail filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

(2.) Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.504/2022 of Enathu Police Station, Pathanamthitta alleging offence under Sec. 376(1) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sec. 3(a) and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(3.) According to the prosecution, on 15/12/2021, the accused lured the victim to accompany him to his house and thereafter committed penetrative sexual assault.
