JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for Regular Bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.61/2022 of Excise Enforcement and Anti Narcotic Special Squad, Kollam alleging commission of offences punishable under Ss. 20 (b) (ii) B of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 7/11/2022 11.15 pm, the accused was found in possession of 2.200 kgs of ganja, which was found transporting in a car bearing Registration No. KL-13-AK-143 and an amount of Rs.27,500.00was also seized and thereby committed the aforesaid offences.
