JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.34/2021 of Excise Range Office, Ernakulam alleging commission of offences under Ss. 25 and 22(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

(3.) The allegation against the petitioner is that he was found and possession of substances, which was suspected to be MDMA in the quantity of 23.4123 grams. The petitioner was arrested on 12/8/2021 and has been in custody since.
