JUDGEMENT

(1.) These are applications for regular bail.

(2.) B.A.No.3482 of 2022 is filed by the 3rd accused, B.A.No.3508 of 2022 is filed by the 4th accused and B.A.No.4414 of 2022 is filed by the 2nd accused, in Crime No.290 of 2022 of Kalamassery Police Station, Ernakulam registered alleging commission of offences punishable under Ss. 22(c), 20(b)(ii)A, 22(b) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (in short, NDPS Act').

(3.) The case of the prosecution is that on 23/2/2022 at 5.15 p.m. the accused persons were found in possession of 17.73 grams of MDMA and 1.64 grams of ganja in the residence of 1st accused in contravention of the NDPS Act and Rules and thus committed the abovesaid offences.
