JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner desires to get O.S.No.245/2021 of the Court of the Munsiff, Pala, to be disposed of out of turn.

(2.) The petitioner has averred in the original petition that she is the sole defendant in the above suit, which is filed for fixation of boundary. She has filed a written statement stating that she has no objection in the suit being allowed. The petitioner is a senior citizen. Therefore, the suit may be disposed of out of turn. Hence, the original petition.
