JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is accused No.3 in Crime No.388/2022 of Erumeli Police Station, Kottayam District alleging commission of offences punishable under Ss. 20(b)(ii)B and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, accused Nos. 1 and 2 were found in possession of 1.762 Kg of Ganja and two ampules of Mefthentemine Sulphate injection from the house of accused no.1 consequent to the search on 26/4/2022 and thus the accused have committed the aforesaid offences.
