JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.21/2022 of Parappanangadi Police Station, Malappuram District alleging commission of offences under Ss. 55(a) and (i) of the Kerala Abkari Act.

(3.) The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner had kept in his possession 3.250 litres of IMFL for the purposes of illegal sale and thereby, he committed the offences alleged against him.
