JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Crl.M.C. has been preferred to quash Annexure-I Final Report in C.C.No.842/2022 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Kochi on the ground of settlement between the parties.

(2.) The petitioners are the accused Nos.1 to 5. The 2nd Respondent is the de facto complainant.

(3.) The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Ss. 498A, 323, 294(b) and 506 of the IPC.
