JUDGEMENT

(1.) [Bail Appl. Nos. 8476/2021, 8479/2021]

(2.) The petitioner is common in both the bail applications and the accused in O.R. No. 5/2020 of Chaipankuzhy Forest Station, Pariyaram Forest Range, Thrissur District and also in Crime No. 952/2020 of Vellikulangara Police Station, Thrissur District.

(3.) The allegation against the petitioner in O.R.NO.5/2020 is that the petitioner along with the other accused in the case trespassed into the forest area on 4/11/2020 and 5/11/2020 and engaged themselves in a cutting of sandal wood trees. On the allegation that the petitioner and the other accused had attacked the forest officials and had prevented them from discharging their official duties, Crime No. 952/2020 has been registered by the Vellikulangara Police Station.
