JUDGEMENT

(1.) The original petition is filed, to direct the Court of the Munsiff, Thiruvananthapuram, to consider and dispose of O.S.No.2036/2016(Ext.P1) within a time frame.

(2.) Pursuant to the order dtd. 13/7/2022 passed by this Court, the learned Additional Munsiff-III, Thiruvananthapuram, by communication dtd. 16/7/2022, has informed this Court that the suit is listed for trial on 9/8/2022. The suit can be disposed of within a period of three months.

(3.) Heard; Sri. N.D.Arun Das, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
