JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) Petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.6/2022 of Kuthiyathode Excise Range office, Alappuzha district, alleging commission of offences under Sec. 22(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

(3.) Allegation against the petitioner is that on 23/3/2022, while on patrol duty, the Excise officials found the petitioner moving in a suspicious manner and on search, it was found that he was in possession of 530 mg of MDMA and thereby, he committed the offences alleged against him.
