JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is at the instance of the original petitioner in O.P.(MV).No.1742/2004 on the files of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Irinjalakuda. The respondents herein are the respondents before the Tribunal.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned counsel for the Insurance Company.
