JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for Regular Bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the accused in CR.No.03/2022 of the Excise Enforcement and Anti Narcotic Special Squad, Kozhikode alleging commission of offences punishable under Sec. 22(b) of the The Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985 .

(3.) The prosecution case is that, on 21/4/2022 at about 10 PM, the accused was found in possession of 2.45 grams of MDMA in the Veranda of 'Q10 Mobile' in building No.10/17 of Kakkodi Grama Panchayath.
