JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) Petitioner is the accused in Crime No. 428/2021 of Mankada police station, Malappuram district, alleging commission of offence under Sec. 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code and sec. 5 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

(3.) Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner entered into a relationship with the victim and committed sexual assault and rape on her on two specific occasions, once in the year 2017and later, in the year 2021.
