JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is accused No.1 in Crime No.64/2022 of Narcotic Enforcement Squad Office, Adimali, Idukki District, alleging commission of offences punishable under Sec. 8(c) r/w Ss. 20(b)(ii)B and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 14/9/2022, the accused were found in possession of 1.121 Kgs of dried ganja and thereby committed the aforesaid offences.
