JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.21/2021 of Excise Range Office, Perinthalmanna, Malappuram District alleging commission of offences under Ss. 20(b)(ii)B of Narcotic Drugs and Pshychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

(3.) The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner and the 2nd accused were found transporting 3 Kgms of Ganja in a scooter bearing registration N0.KL 53Q 1735 at 12.40 p.m. on 8/10/2021 in Perinthalmanna Valancheri Road and thereby committed the aforesaid offences.
