JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.31/2022 of Badiadka Excise Range, Kasaragod District alleging commission of offences punishable under Sec. 58 of the Kerala Abkari Act.

(3.) The allegation against the petitioner is that on 11/4/2022 at about 8.15 A.M., the petitioner was found in possession of 228.24 liters of Foreign Liquour (meant for sale only in Goa) and thereby he committed the offence alleged against him.
