JUDGEMENT

(1.) These applications are filed u/s 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail.

(2.) The petitioners are accused Nos.3, 5 and 6 in Crime No.566/2022 of Palarivattom Police Station, alleging the commission of the offences punishable under Ss. 394, 395 and 365 IPC.

(3.) The prosecution case is that the accused on 2/6/2022 at about 11.30 a.m., abducted Shibu, the friend of the informant and extorted an amount of Rs.1,500.00 and also took away his motorbike. Hence the accused are alleged to have been committed the offences punishable under the above mentioned Sec. .
