JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for Regular Bail.

(2.) The petitioner is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.45/2022 of Excise Range Office, Palakkad, which is registered alleging commission of offence punishable under Sec. 18(b) of NDPS Act, 1985.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 5/8/2022 at about 02:15 p.m., the accused was found in possession of 75 grams of opium a narcotic drug. The accused was arrested and the contraband was seized.
