JUDGEMENT

(1.) Dated this the 21st day of July, 2022 This Crl.M.C has been filed to quash all further proceedings pursuant to Annexure A FIR in Crime No.1052/2021 of Idukki Police station.

(2.) The petitioners are the accused. The offences alleged against them are punishable under Ss. 509 read with 34 of IPC.

(3.) The petitioners are police officers. The 2nd respondent was working as an employee at the Idukki District Police Cooperative Society. The petitioners 1, 3 and 4 were the office bearers of the Society while the 2nd respondent was working there.
