JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.28/2021 of Excise Range Office, Kunnamkulam, Thrissur District alleging commission of offences under Sec. 22(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

(3.) The allegation against the petitioner is that he was found in possession of 3.010 grams of MDMA and thereby he committed the offence alleged against him.
