JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Crl.M.C. has been preferred to quash Annexure-1 FIR in Crime No.494 of 2022 of Elathoor Police station on the ground of settlement between the parties.

(2.) The petitioners are the accused Nos.1 to 5. The 2nd respondent is the de facto complainant.

(3.) The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sec. 498A r/w Sec. 34 of IPC.
