JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application seeking regular bail filed under sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

(2.) Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.910 of 2022 of Kalady Police Station, Ernakulam District, alleging offences under Sec. 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 apart from Sec. Sec. 12 r/w Sec. 11(1) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(3.) According to the prosecution, on 15/10/2022, the accused after attracting the attention of the minor victim, lifted his dress and showed his nudity and thereby committed the offences alleged.
