JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition (criminal) has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and the prayer herein is as follows:

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

(3.) The learned Public Prosecutor did not oppose the prayer since the prayer is only for an early direction to dispose of Ext.P5 application.
