JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.586/2022 of Malappuram Police Station alleging commission of offence punishable under Sec. 22(b) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 2/8/2022, when the accused was sitting in a bike bearing Reg.No.KL-10-AQ-5074, 3.54 grams of MDMA was seized from him and thus, the accused has committed the aforesaid offence.
