JUDGEMENT

(1.) The transfer petition is filed under Sec. 24 of the Code of the Civil Procedure seeking to transfer O.P.No.867/2018 from the Family Court, Thrissur to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

(2.) Pursuant to the order dtd. 17/8/2022, passed by this Court, the learned Judge of the Family Court, Thrissur, by communication dtd. 23/8/2022, has informed this Court that the petitioner was set ex parte on 6/8/2022. Now the case stands posted for ex parte evidence.

(3.) Heard: Sri.Mahesh V.Menon, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt.Chincy Gopakumar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
