JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.823/2022 of Pathanamthitta Police Station. The offence alleged against petitioner is under Ss. 341, 294(b), 506, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 10/05/2022, at 8.00 PM, the accused attempted to commit murder on defacto complainant by stabbing on his head and forehead with a knife after wrongfully restrained him near to the house of defacto complainant at Nattukadavu and thereby he sustained incised wound on his face, left mussel portion and left side of his back and thereby the accused committed the aforesaid offences.
