JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners are B.Tech students of 2008-2012 batch in various branches of Government Engineering College, Thrissur. They completed their course in the year 2012. They are seeking for a direction to the University to publish the results of the supplementary examination in respect of the Old 2004 syllabus within a time frame.

(2.) IT is pointed out in the writ petition that the petitioners 1 to 5 have obtained campus selection for appointment to the Tata Consulting Services and similarly other petitioners have also obtained jobs in other institutions.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioners therefore points out that in the light of the same, Special Supplementary Examination will have to be conducted in December 2012 and before that, examination results will have to be published.
