JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is seeking for a direction to complete the revaluation of answer book of the petitioner concerning the subject Television Engineering, within a time limit to be provided by this Court.

(2.) THE petitioner's application for revaluation is dated 3.9.2012. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the last date fixed for receipt of application for revaluation is 10.9.2012 and the petitioner's application is within time.

(3.) THE petitioner's request for early completion of the revaluation is due to the fact that the marks are required for getting admission to M.Tech course.
