JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has approached this court seeking for a direction to the respondent to correct the entry in respect of date of birth in his Passport.

(2.) EXT .P1 is the relevant extract of the Passport where the date of birth is shown as 26.3.1961. It is stated that actual date of birth is 31.5.1967. He has produced copy of relevant extract of the SSLC book as Ext.P2. It is submitted that the application for correction has not been accepted.

(3.) I am of the view that the above decision will apply to the facts of this case since petitioner has produced Ext.P2 copy of relevant extract of SSLC bok.
